Interview of Stephanie_The Online Shopper

I have some friends in college, who had tried online shopping, but not every of them continue in this kind of activity, luckily I found out one of them always do online shopping and she loves online shopping, and today topic, I asked the girl to share her interesting experience in online shopping.

Sue Chean: hi, Stephanie, when is your first tried in online shopping? What intended you to try online shopping?

Stephanie : I tried online shopping when I was 16, I was young and I like to try new things. Once, I heard one of my girls friend in my class said she bought a merchandise that are not sold in Malaysia and I said WOW, how you got it? I had been finding around the KL store but still can`t find it. And she told me to take a shot in online shopping.

Sue Chean: what do you find in online shopping?

Stephanie: At first, I’m not really believed if I can get the merchandise that I wanted without being cheated. But after a tried, I find online shopping is convenient, I can shop comfort of my home at any time of day. And I can get the cheaper price than the store.

Sue Chean: which website you usually surf to online shopping?

Stephanie: I usually surf at EBay and Queens.com. The sellers provide goods with better price, because they allow price negotiate.

Sue Chean: What you usually purchase in online site?

Stephanie: I buy a lot of clothes, design in Hong Kong, and I buy toiletries, corrective lenses and perfume from foreign country.

Sue Chean: what do you suggest for the first time user?

Stephanie: get the email from the seller, read the terms and conditional detailed. How the payment should be done. Must not pay all at once, maybe separate to two times, before and after you get the merchandise.
